At WingyBling, your satisfaction is our priority. Every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
3-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange period from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Be requested for exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange for Design, Size, or Product Variation
If you wish to exchange your item for:
- A different design
- A different size (where applicable)
- Another product variation
A delivery and handling fee of PKR 300 will apply.
We recommend reviewing the product description, specifications, and available size information before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by providing clear photos or videos of the item.
After verification, WingyBling will arrange a replacement at no additional product cost. Customers may be asked to return the item for inspection before the replacement is processed.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fashion jewelry and hygiene standards, WingyBling does not offer cash refunds.
Eligible products may only be exchanged according to this policy.Refunds will only be considered if an item cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability or where required by applicable law.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during:
- Flash Sales
- Seasonal Sales
- Discount Campaigns
- Clearance Sales
- Promotional Offers
are not eligible for exchange or refund, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Pre-Order & Custom Items
Some WingyBling products may be available on a pre-order basis.
- Production time may take 2–3 weeks depending on the item.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required.
- Production begins once payment is confirmed.
As these items are specially prepared, they cannot be cancelled once production has started.
International Orders
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Tracking information will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
WingyBling is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement.
After this period, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

- House/Apartment Number
- Street & Block Number
- City
- Postal Code
- Phone Number
- Nearest Landmark (if applicable)
WingyBling is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
